  • Our Liability

    We take on the liability by becoming the Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator. That means that we’re responsible (by law) for administrative compliance, signing and filing all tax forms, and sending all required disclosures to participants.

  • Your Payroll

    There’s no need to make a change. We work directly with your current payroll provider to get the 401(k) info we need.

  • Your Administrators

    Don’t change your login. If you love your Recordkeeper and Third-Party Administrator because they’re accurate and offer great customer service, then why make a switch? We’ll simply take on the liability for the day-to-day like uploading contributions, updating payroll, participant communication, and tax forms.
